Checklist for Honours Project Requirements

•  Do you have a Chief Adviser?

•  Do you have an area of specialization approved? (end of Year II)

•  Have you gathered sufficient material for the Project while on location in Europe? (Year III)

•  Have you informed your Chief Adviser on a regular basis about your research and material collection? (Year III)

•  Have you sent an interim report (outline of the planned Project) to your Chief Adviser? (January of Year III)

•  Have you sent a bibliography to your Chief Adviser? (March of Year III)

•  Do you have your Project proposal approved? (30 September of Year IV)

•  Have you met your Chief Adviser on a regular basis?

•  Does the length of your project fulfil the general requirements?

•  Is your Project formatted according to the specifications in this handbook?

•  Are the materials included in the Project in the proper order?

•  Have you properly acknowledged sources of information or ideas used in your Project and/or on your acknowledgement page?

•  Have you included a page of acceptance in each of the 3 bound copies submitted?

•  Does your title page meet the standard requirement?

•  Do you know / have you used a style manual?

•  Have you made 3 quality copies of your project?

•  Have you burned the CD for submitting the soft copy of your project?
