29 June 2012 European Union Academic Programme (EUAP)
The European Commission signed a contract with HKBU to open a European Union Centre (officially: European Union Academic Programme = EUAP) on campus. The EUAP is a joint venture of HKBU, HKU, CUHK and LU, with the leadership awarded to HKBU (Department of GIS). The EUAP will be launched officially in September 2012.
26 April 2012 New European Studies Society 2012-13
The 17th European Studies Society "Eostra" held its inauguration ceremony today - with guest from several European countries. Guest of Honour was the Consul General of the Czech Republic, Mr. Jaroslav Kanturek. The Society's focus for 2011-12 will be on the Czech Republic.
